Etal Projects has been named winner of the Perry-Cross Hitchcock Award 2015 by the Victorian Community in America.
The Hitchcock award recognizes excellence in discussions centered on Gothic architecture and Gothic decorative arts, and includes related topics such as paintings, interiors and fashion.
The Victorian Community in America (VCA) said: “Your work convinced the committee, and the community in whole, that reading Gothic literature produced more than chills down the spine — the experience of literature was a catalyst for painting, architecture and more. Congratulations on a wonderful interdisciplinary work that sheds new light on Victorians with a hint of Gothic culture.”
The VCA’s awards was presented at a dinner at their annual meeting, held annually in Brooklyn, New York.
