Et Al., Latin for and others, speaks to the collaborative nature of every space and experience we create. Projects rely on many hands and perspectives, and their impact reaches far beyond their immediate users. We work with intention, building relationships rooted in integrity and shaping projects that are mindful of their broader community and context.

Our Story.

Aubrie, Founder and Lead Principal of Et Al., was educated at University College London, where she learned to measure a project’s success by its impact on people and place. After 12 years in the industry, she saw a need for spaces shaped with more intention—and for more women leading that work. She created Et Al. in 2021 to set a new standard and expand what leadership in the built environment looks like.
